A nice welcoming hotel, rooms are a good size ours looked out on the garden. Although the hotel is on a main road there was no traffic noise. The restaurant was airy and the food good, there is an area to eat / drink outside. The small bar area is cozy.

Room- We went expecting very bad things such as bed bugs however the bed was very comfy. The ladders on the bed were unstable and could come off easily. Bathroom was very nice. However my friend who was sleeping on one of the top bunks in my room found a used needle just lying in her bed. Apart from that room was nice.

Food- Food was absolutely awefull first night we were served rock hard meat, neon yellow potatoes and carrots. Second night it was pasta in a big bowl. I wasn’t sure of the meat. Last night we went out for dinner. Breakfast was patseries, and severely processed meat and cheese? Wasn’t really sure. There was a coffe machine which was Nice to be fair. Me and my friends brought pot noodles and a travel kettle so I recommend doing that

Room 106

The room had stains all over the pillows and duvets, tv remote control had a battery missing, we had 1 tiny pillow for each bed, 2 beds who where suspended from the wall were half broken so you could roll of them and break a rib at any point, the air conditioner had black mold growing in it, If a keycard or a remote control was lost you had to pay €15-£40. The bathroom had no lock, wee stains everywhere, light had a cap missing. When it came to drinking water we were forced to drink the water from the bathroom tap, which was so bad even animals would refuse to drink. Some other people took some bottled water to drink In the room because it was the only option, they got shouted at, staff were rude and unsociable. When it came to entertainment it was €40 to play ping pong once and when it came to eating the dinner was all the same colour. Yellow, absolutely rancid. There was one drink available, water, unless you went to the vending machine where Fanta orange had become so old and stale it was white, similar story with the other fizzy drinks. Desert was ice cream in a tub (strawberry and vanilla) but had odd black spots in which were NOT chocolate chips.

NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE.

Room for reference: 104
We came here for a battlefield tour from the uk.
Room: The walls had scratches all over them, and there were bloodstains on the ceiling, straps and beds. The hotel did not provide us with hand soap, the radiator made the room feel like a sauna and the room smelled overall quite nasty, despite us keeping it clean. When we arrived it was covered in dust and mould. They would ‘clean’ (empty the bin) and all our stuff would move and randomly disappear- my friend lost her lunch. The beds seem a bit dodgy- especially the top bunk. You would sit up on the bed and bang your head constantly. The ladders would easily come off and there was no railing at all. The pillows provided no support and the bedding would come off easily. The light bulbs under the bed would get boiling hot and they were directly above my head- they would make the wood hot and there are burn marks around them. They are also uncovered. There is no way the amount of plugs (4 in our room) could support 6 people. They would also spark whenever you would put something in it. They are inconvenient places- above the bed, in the bathroom. There is about enough storage space for everyone but to be honest, it felt cramped and all the dust and mold really set off my allergies. The WiFi was good though. And to be Frank it was a bed to sleep on so i can’t really complain.
Food: the food could only be described as a downgraded budget school meal. It was full of mystery meat, the pasta bolognaise was served in a huge metal bowl and looked like it had been made in a meat grinder. The breakfast was tiny and pathetic, not substantial for the amount of activités we were doing during the Morning. I didn’t eat dinner, I just survived off of snacks and so did some of my friends.
Area: the area is lovely, no complaints there. It was an amazing trip apart from the accommodation.

Room: The room was ok although, there was no soap or a shower mat jn the bathroom that made it wet when showering and there was nothing to wash your hands with. there was dust in the cupboards and blood on the roof and on a belt by a bed.
Cleaning: The room was cleaned regularly but not thoroughly. Each time the room was cleaned it felt like something had gone missing (small chargers and a bits of food)
Service: service was ok, not much conversation, but overall there was nothing that made me uncomfortable or unhappy.
Food: food was edible but looked unappealing and there wasn't much choice with what you had in your plate (other than if you were vegetarian or vegan)
Location: this was possible the best part, many things were close like the the Menin Gate. Sunsets were lovely and weather is nice.

Showed up for a school trip after a 15 hour comute to be greeted by a stuffy room with beds that weren't on proper frames, my friend found stains on her duvet and another found a bad patching job on her duvet, the bathroom had no hand soap and didn't lock the food was bare minimum with basic ingredients and lack on good taste. The staff had a go at me for moving a plate so i could sit with friends side note we are all from the ages of 13-14 and multiple accounts of classmates included being shouted at for minor or unimportant reasons i understand children can be irritating but raising your voice at them for small reasons is not a problem bc u aren't their teacher and if you have a problem ask their carers it's not that hard. My only positive view is ny shower had good heating but left a weird film on me that meant i had to wash my hair again so i total one night's stay is best for this place abd longer u will grow tired

NO just NO if you want to go here bad idea my friend it might be more comfortable to sleep in the freezer section in Tesco. I felt a spring in my back p.s. hit really hurt ?. We walked into the room and the atmosphere felt like a funeral but was saved by the smell of the burning light in the corner of the room.
We entered the bathroom and there was some hair in the bathroom sink god knows were they once were but they probably had a better stay were they once were. Food was okay however I didn’t get served any dinner but it was okay as I had some Oreo’s in my room that I lived on. Shower was leaking out of the bathroom shower door and turned are room in the the Amazon rainforest. But it was okay I guess just need a supermarket near it so I can get milk to dip my Oreo’s in it.
